Processing Time
All personalised items are made to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for production before dispatch. During peak times (e.g., holidays or promotional periods), production times may be slightly longer. We will always do our best to keep you informed of any delays that may occur.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer the following delivery services within the UK:

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class / Tracked 48) – Estimated delivery 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Express Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class / Tracked 24) – Estimated delivery 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Next Day Delivery (Special Delivery Guaranteed) – Available upon request for an additional fee. Orders must be placed before noon and are subject to production time.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the chosen delivery option and order weight. Orders over £50 qualify for free standard delivery.

Changes & Cancellations
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we begin processing your order shortly after it is placed. If you need to make changes or cancel, please get in touch with us within 12 hours of ordering. After this window, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will assist in locating or replacing your item in line with our terms.
